The Sterling by Ominyat is a two-tower residential project in the prominent Burj Khalifa District. Closing Procedure:

  • The bookings for The Sterling have commenced and are conducted on a first-come-first-serve basis. There is limited availability as booking has already started. After the filling out the inquiry form, you will be contacted immediately.
  • Upon booking, the buyer will also have to pay a 4% Oqood (Land Department Registration) fee. A reservation contract will be issued immediately, and a Sales and Purchase Agreement would be issued after 30 - 45 days, once the 25% payment has been paid.
  • The buyer will be paying 5% instalments linked with construction and 50% upon completion of the project in March 2018
