Beach Vista at Emaar Beachfront is a twin-tower development by Emaar located in Dubai Marina (between JBR and The Palm Jumeirah). The twin-tower will consist of one, two, three, and four bedroom apartments overlooking the Arabian Gulf. Given Emaar's track record and reputation we can expect this will be a high-quality development with some of the city's best views. There will be 7 units per floor and the development is designed to ensure that all units will have a good view.. The one bedroom apartments will have views mostly of the Marina Skyline & Boulevard. There are two, three, and four bed units that have the Palm Jumeirah view, as well as views of the marina. The podium levels will have various amenities.

  • Other facilities include events arena, yacht club, restaurants, cafes, and leisure and retail space. 
  • Skydive Dubai, Logo Island, and Dubai International Marina Club will all come together as an integrated community under Dubai Harbour. 
  • Dubai Harbour will be accessible via road network, sea, pedestrian bridge, public transportation and will also have jogging and cycling tracks.
